How We Do It
The delivery time is currently between 7 - 14 business days on local orders and 15 - 21 business days for all international shipping. Please keep in mind that you may be charged customs fees if you receive a package from outside the UAE.
Our Return Policy

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund within 7 days of delivery. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the purchase. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags and with a copy of your packing slip included. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
